Pricing

This page sets out what Onlyoss costs. All prices are in US dollars (USD). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and should be read alongside our Refund Policy.

1. Who sells what here

Onlyoss is software, sold by us. Everything you can pay for on this Platform is sold by Onlyoss and by nobody else. Members do not set prices, do not sell to each other, and do not receive money through the Platform. There is no marketplace here, no tipping, no pay-per-view content, no account credit and no wallet.

2. What it costs today

An athlete membership is $12 a year. That price is for anyone who joins by 29 November 2026, and it stays theirs for as long as the membership renews every year. From 30 November 2026 a new membership is $66 a year. Creating an account and signing in are free. The membership is what makes your athlete profile at onlyoss.com/yourname public: your martial art and rank, your rank verified by your academy, your competition record, your QR code and sparring requests. Every account that exists on the day memberships open gets its first 60 days free. A school on Pro includes 20 athlete memberships for its students in its plan, and a school on Grow 5. Once memberships open, a profile without one is hidden from the public; nothing on it is deleted, and you can still sign in and buy a membership. Verification itself is never sold. Schools pay for one of three plans, Starter, Grow or Pro, and may add ad sign-up pages. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Coaches who teach without a school pay for the Coach plan: one coach and up to 40 students. Founding coaches pay $19 a month or $190 a year, kept for as long as the subscription renews, if they join by 31 December 2026 (and while fewer than 100 founding coaches have it). After that the Coach plan is $29 a month or $290 a year.

3. The plans

Onlyoss sells three plans to schools, Starter, Grow and Pro, one add-on for schools, the ad sign-up page, and the athlete membership, and one plan for coaches who teach without a school, the Coach plan. All of them are our own software.

A year costs ten monthly payments. The price does not depend on how many students a school has. Every plan is sold by Onlyoss, to you, and to nobody else. There is no charge for cancelling.

4. The subscription terms

These are the terms every plan, the ad sign-up page and the athlete membership are sold on. You are shown them again at checkout before you pay anything.

• Billing interval. Monthly or yearly, whichever you choose; the athlete membership is yearly. You are billed in advance for the period ahead.
• Free trial. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and the first ad sign-up page with a 30-day one. The athlete membership has no trial; every account that exists on the day memberships open gets its first 60 days free instead. The Coach plan has a free trial only when the page you buy it from says so; otherwise it is charged when you subscribe, with a 7-day money-back on your first payment (section 8). If you start the Coach plan with a free trial, the trial takes the place of that money-back. That money-back is your payment minus the fee our payment provider Polar keeps (5% + $0.50), which Polar does not return. The date of the first charge is shown at checkout before you start. Cancel before it and you pay nothing.
• First charge. At the end of the free trial or the free days, then at the start of each period.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price you are paying, using the payment method you subscribed with.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, from the link in your receipt or by asking us. There is no cancellation fee.
• What cancelling does. It stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: the school keeps its plan, a coach the Coach plan and their coaching page, and an athlete their membership, until that period ends. The school's records stay, and nothing on an athlete's profile is deleted; the athlete memberships a school's plan includes end with the plan.
• Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before it applies to you, and it will only ever apply from your next renewal. A period you have already paid for is never repriced.

5. Tax

Depending on your country, sales tax or VAT is either included in the price or added at checkout. Polar, our payment provider, works it out from your billing address and shows the exact total before you pay. If you buy as a business with a valid VAT number, Polar may apply the reverse charge instead.

6. Payments and our payment provider

Card payments for the plans and the ad sign-up pages are processed by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), our merchant of record and authorised reseller: Polar sells the subscription to you, takes the payment, collects and pays any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and any refund. Polar's buyer terms apply to the payment alongside ours. We do not receive or store your full card details.

7. Custom and enterprise pricing

Enterprise, for big gyms and chains of branches, is sold under a separate written agreement and paid in advance, in one payment, for a setup fee and 2 or 3 years, at a price agreed for your gyms; refunds of it are as that agreement says. Apart from Enterprise we do not offer custom or negotiated pricing. The prices on this page are the prices every school pays, apart from a founding rate held for life by the first schools that joined, and the founding Coach price held by coaches who join by 31 December 2026.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy sets out in full when we refund a subscription, and it preserves your statutory rights if you are in the EU or the UK.

How much is refunded. Refunds are the amount paid minus the payment processor's fee (Polar: 5% + $0.50). Where Polar reports the actual fee it charged on that payment, that fee is used instead. A refund is never less than $0. Section 1 of the Refund Policy explains it. Within the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal, a consumer gets the whole payment back, the fee included, as the law requires. A payment taken by our mistake (for example a double charge, a charge after cancelling, a purchase we refuse or that was made twice, or an athlete renewal charged while a school's plan already covers the athlete) is refunded in full: nothing is kept back. Wherever the fault is ours (section 6 of the Refund Policy), we bear the payment processor's fee ourselves.

The Coach plan has a 7-day money-back on your first payment. Ask within 7 days of your first Coach plan payment, monthly or yearly, at the founding or the regular price, and we refund it, minus the payment fee Polar keeps: Polar keeps 5% + $0.50 of every payment and does not return it when a payment is refunded, so we refund the rest (on a $19 payment, $17.55 comes back). It is once per coach. After that, Coach plan payments are not refunded, except the unused days of a month, refunded automatically when a founding coach switches from monthly to yearly; you can cancel at any time and keep your coaching page until the end of the period you have paid for. If you start the Coach plan with a free trial, the trial takes the place of the money-back. Section 5a of the Refund Policy sets this out.

9. Changes to this page

We may change the fees on this page. If we do, we will update the page and the date at the top of it. Changes are not applied retroactively: a subscription period you have already paid for keeps the terms that applied when you bought it.
