How many years?
After 29 November it's $66 a year. 1 year is a subscription: it renews every year at the price you joined at, until you cancel. 2 to 4 years are one payment, starting today, and do not renew. Next, make your free account. Then you go straight to payment for the option you picked. Refund Policy. Refunds are the amount paid minus the payment processor's fee (Polar: 5% + $0.50). Payment is taken by Polar, our reseller.

Signing in is always free. A profile without a membership is hidden, never deleted. Once you have paid, $12 a year stays your price for life, even if you stop and come back later. Give a year as a gift to your coach or a training partner. They claim it with a link.

Confirming your own students’ ranks is free and always will be. It comes with claiming your school, not with a plan, and nothing already confirmed is taken back if a plan lapses. Onlyoss records what your students pay you. It never collects that money.

What is built, and what is not

Most of it is live and in use. One thing is not, and we would rather you knew which is which before you plan around it.

Profiles, ranks, records

Live. Your page, your martial art, your rank and your competition record, with the QR code that points at them.

Rank verification

Live, and free. An academy confirms the ranks it awarded, from its own account, and can retract a confirmation it no longer stands behind. This is never part of a paid plan.

Attendance and check-in

Live. Students scan a QR code at the door, or you tick the register, and you see who has not been seen for two weeks.

Messages to students

Live. A new member’s first month, a note to somebody who stopped coming, a birthday: each opens on your own WhatsApp, already written, and you press send.

The 30-day challenge

Live. Points for days on the mat and for friends who come to try a class, and a Wall of Fame on your academy page for the top three who agree to be shown.

Birthdays, stats and payments

Live. Whose birthday is coming, how your school is doing month by month, and a record of who paid you and when. Onlyoss records payments; it never collects them.

Live. Pick your school on Google; once it is matched, your page shows Google’s map and a link to review you there.

“I train here”

Live. A student finds your school and says they train there, adds a gym that is not listed yet (Onlyoss checks it first), and can invite its owner. You find them waiting when you claim your page.

Live. Every 90 days from your start, your numbers against “Before Onlyoss”: Starter shows the headline numbers; Grow the full report, with charts and 3 things to work on; Pro adds a monthly mini-report.

Promotion certificates

Still being built. A digital certificate for each belt you award, in your academy’s name, with a QR code anyone can scan to check it is real.

Who sells what here

Onlyoss is the only seller on this platform. Every plan above is sold by us, to you, directly.

Members do not sell to one another here. Nobody sets a price, charges for anything, receives a tip, holds a balance or takes a payout. There is no marketplace, no account credit and no wallet — you will never top anything up. If you arrange training with somebody you met here, that is between the two of you, and we are not part of it.
